- United States: 5-7 business days, starting at $9.99.
- Canada: 7-10 business days, starting at $14.99.
- International: 10-15 business days, rates calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
b. Expedited Shipping:
- United States: 2-3 business days, starting at $19.99.
- Canada: 3-5 business days, starting at $29.99.
- International: Expedited options are available for select countries, rates calculated at checkout.
c. Express Shipping:
- United States: 1-2 business days, starting at $29.99.
- International: Express options available upon request; contact our customer service for rates.
3. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $150 within the United States.
4. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak times or promotions, processing times may be extended slightly.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately:
- Lost Packages: If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, contact us at support@hydroflexsystems.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
- Damaged Items: If your items arrive damaged, please email us with photos of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
9. Changes to Shipping Address
If you need to change your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@hydroflexsystems.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but once an order has been shipped, the address cannot be modified.
